1. Click START

2. Find and click RUN

3. Type "regedit" and hit "ok"

4. Click on "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"

9. Click on "WPAEvents"

13. Then click "ok"

14. In the left pane, right click on "WPAEvents" then click on "permission"

15. Then click "SYSTEM" and "Deny Full Control" then "ok"
